Human Resources Management (2 º Sem 2019/2020)

Dear Students,

Due to the necessary readjustment of the assessment method in HRM, given the decision to cancel the mid-term tests week, we hereby inform you about the new rules:

(1) The exercises (in groups) and quizzes (individual) done throughout the term and throughout the various points of the program has a weight of 60%;
(2) The exam, either in the normal season or in the second season, has a weight of 40%.

- Component (1) requires doing, at least, 4 exercises/quizzes. The grade of (1) will be the result of the weighted average of the quizzes/exercises performed. In cases where students do more than a minimum, the final grade will correspond to the weighted average of the best 4;

- The rule “Only students who complete the exercises/quizzes throughout the term and the mid-term test have access to the Normal Season exam” is canceled. In other words, students can go to the Normal Season exam (for 100%), regardless of whether they have a continuous assessment score or not.
