Specific instructions for knowledge assessment (repeat exam)

Dear students. Please look on MS Teams for the repeat exam guidelines.

 

uidelinesforthe Strategic Marketing Exam2019/20201.This is a closed bookexam. Noconsultationallowed.2.The links to the examwill be available at the beginning of the testin thedesignatedMicrosoft  Teams  room.  The  exam  will  be presented  throughMicrosoft  Forms  and the answers  to the questions  must  be  given  on the  platformitself.  If  students  have problemswith theircomputers, they should contact the ISEG IT team (213925855).3.Students mustaccess Microsoft Teams 15minutes before the exam’s starting time.4.Before the examstarts, all students will be called. 5.Students must keep their cameras on during theentire duration of theexam. 6.Mobile phonesmust be switched offand remainthat way until the exam is finished.7.If the call is not completed at 12pm (start of the exam), it will continue duringthe break and at the end of the exam.8.During  the exam, examinerscanrandomly  contact  any  of  the  students  in  order  to understand if they are copying.9.The exam starts at 12pm and will have two parts (corresponding to 2 different links):a.Part 1: from 12:00 to 12:25(5 minutes before the end, students will be notified the remain time tosubmit).b.10 minutes break: from 12:25to 12:35.c.Part  2:  from  12:35to  13:15(5  minutes  before  the  end,  notify  students  to submit).10.Failure  to  submit the responses  within  the  time  limit  implies  that  they  will  not  be registered for evaluation (the link shuts down allaccess).11.If  any  student  is  unable  to  access  Microsoft  Forms,  the  first  step  is  to  refresh  the webpage.  If the  studentstill  doesnot  have  access, he/sheshould  report  this  viaMicrosoft Teams chat to theroom teacher.
