Objectivos

The Seminars of Applied Economics aim at developing skills for applied research on economic topics.

They integrate the scientific skills during the undergraduate courses and used in applied research on the Portuguese economy, enabling the students to a deeper knowledge of the Portuguese economy, making use of adequate methodologies and economic support.

Programa

- Methodologies of scientific research;
- Bibliographical research: libraries, INTERNET;
- Information sources and research methods;
- Conferences on the major topic of the Seminar, and several workshops;
- Tutorials for research guidance;
- Final presentation of progress research reports and final report (with public discussion).
