European Law (1 º Sem 2019/2020)

The course offers an overview of the making of European integration. It analyzes the founding Treaties of European integration and the political system of the EU. Then students will have an insight into EU legal principles and the European Court of Justice. The last part of the course is devoted to the Single Market foundations.
