For the March 21 session, we are going to discuss the following article (which is available on Aquila, at the course page):

This is to remind you the rules about the semester paper, described in the first session:

. The abstract of the semester paper must be hand on the class of 19 ^th March.

The abstract should be on one page and contain the title of your paper, a description on a few lines of what you intend to do, and a couple of bibliographical references

. The semester paper is due on the class of 14 ^th May, printed, and just stapled (no plastic covers, please; think on the environment). The paper should be made using a 12 font, 1,5 spaces, and with an absolute maximum of 10 pages.

.  As for the subject of your paper, you could choose a topic related to the role or action of any international organization (IGO or NGO), or an issue that could be linked to the course program.
