Changing the Learning Agreement
If you wish to add or delete courses from your original Learning Agreement , you may fill out the fourth page of this form . If you are a non-Erasmus+ student, you may fill out the second page of this form.
After the second week of the semester, the International Mobility Office (IMO) reviews the changes and signs the document. You can then send the original document to your home institution. A scanned version may be sent by the IMO, if requested.
Please note, that if you wish to make changes in the Learning Agreement, firstly you must inform the IMO by e-mail (see question 17).
